SHIPPING METHODS 

Standard Shipping

MyDIVAshop.com ships at a flat rate of $6.95 (standard shipping) regardless of order size within the United States.  For orders of $75.00 or more, shipping is FREE!  MyDIVAshop.com uses United States using USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 days) for flat rate and free shipping. 

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner than 3 days, please choose our FedEx shipping option and actual costs will apply based on your shipping address.

International

International orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post (4-6 days) at actual cost. Please note that all billing, shipping and contact information will be verified before international orders are processed.

Where do you get your fashions?

Our Fashion Consultants have relationships with private designers and suppliers across the country.  This allows you to purchase West Coast fashions, while living on the East Coast or vice versa.  We actively hunt for styles that fit the DIVA image.  ALL of MyDIVAshop.com's name brand fashions are authentic, along with the private designer items.  All of our fashions are inspected for quality and are in new condition. 

Why are there limited quantities of each item?

We specialize in bringing our customer unique fashions that can't be found in malls or your typical department stores.   

How long will it take to receive my order?

MyDIVAshop.com ships within the United States using USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 days), FedEx (Overnight) and Internationally via Air Parcel Post (4-6 days).  Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, unless you are notified of a back order.  If for some reason, your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive an email notification and your credit card will not be processed.
